Buying at an outlet
Every device sold at a Somtel outlet is set up before you leave. Our staff insert and register your SIM, configure mobile data, transfer your contacts if you are moving from an older handset, and show you how to check your balance and activate bundles.

The detail, in short
Bundled with a plan
Many devices can be taken together with a plan - a Mifi router with a monthly data bundle, or a home router with a Fiber Home installation. Ask at the counter which combinations are running, as offers change through the year.
Warranty and support
Devices carry the manufacturer warranty. Bring the device and your receipt to any outlet and our team will handle the claim on your behalf. Software setup help is free for the life of the device.
